They will substitute soy cheese...if you bring it, I believe. They'll put anything on it as long as you bring it. You may want to call and ask if they have their own soy cheese now. It's a cozy little natural/organic restaurant. Personally, we think the best pizzas are the ones we make at home. We use trader joe's pizza crusts(in the bread aisle), smear it with garlic and olive oil, canned diced or sliced tomatoes, soy cheese, and a mound of toppings. Yummy!
