      <content>I'm not in your area (I'm assuming) but a good place to start is probably your local health-food store--if they don't carry any, they can probably point you in the right direction.</content>

      <content>Why would bread have soy in it anyway? Most natural breads, whether from a bakery or a supermarket, should have only wheat and yeast. The whole wheat varieties might have a touch of sweetener or oil.</content>

      <content>Sometimes breads have soy lecithin or soybean oil in them.  

Also, some multi-grain breads will have soy bean pieces in them (sometimes called "soy grits") for texture and nutrition.</content>
