non-butter dipping sauce for lobster?

my in-laws are coming to visit soon and they love getting lobsters from chelsea market and having a lobster dinner while they're here. my problem: I like lobster okay (I grew up on Maryland crabs), but dipping it in butter is just too rich and bland for me. I'd love a sauce...soemthing with more acid and zip....Anyone have any ideas or recipes?

    1. Though I still haven't tried it, the original recipe on which Wells based her lobster with dry sherry, olive oil, honey and ground ginger was so delicious, I'd be willing to risk her adaptation. See www.chowhound.com/topics/524760#3746907
