Restaurant in downtown Chicago that can accomodate a large group

Hi All,

I'm traveling to Chicago with my team tomorrow for meetings. We're looking to have dinner in the city tomorrow night. Can anyone recommend a place that could accomodate a group of 10+ (we'll have a solid figure by noon or so tomorrow) on this kind of notice?

Call Micheal at NAHA, he is one of the most accomodating restaurant owners and a top ten in the city.

Agreed about Naha.

The answer depends really on what level of dining you want.
Greektown, while good for groups is NOT business dining.
Large plates of sloppy food for the most part. Don't get me wrong, I eat there a lot. Had lunch on the patio at Athena yesterday.

I second the greektown recommendation for large parties at the last minute.

Cafe Iberico (tapas, Chicago and La Salle) can always handle a group. Since it's tapas, there's something for everyone. Very affordable, too. The place seats about 300, so it's easy to get a large table.

Greektown restaurants are made for those kind of groups. I like the Parthenon the best.
