What to order at Le Refuge Inn?

I'm sort of obligated to eat there. We are staying the night at the B&B and over the summer there's a mandatory minimum of either a two night mandatory stay (we can only stay one night) OR a meal in the restaurant.

Le Refuge is actually really nice. I'm assuming the one on City Island. They have a restaurant in Manhattan too.
I've only been on special occasions and ordered off a special menu, but the escargot is delicious so I would suggest that and my husband had the lamb once and it was delicious. Also, the shrimp over couscous is pretty good.
