Polish Sausage

A few weeks back my wife brought home some really good polish sausage that came from a deli in Brampton, these were really good, nothing that comes from Loblaw's or Dominion would compare. Anyways what I'm looking for is a deli or butcher in east end Toronto ( Scarborough preferably) that would sell a really good type of polish sausage or kolbassa.

Another non-eastend reply. I agree with Superior Sausage and Prague Deli. I'll add European Meats in Kensington Market for a lean, gristle-free and garlicky kolbassa.

...but worth a mention, Superior Sausage on Dundas east of Shaw is awsome, their farmer sausage is unmatched and Kielbassa is the best I've had, you can also find it at St. Lawrence market at uppercut...if yo go to the shop for the sausages check their hours, they open early and close by 4pm on weekdays, earlier close on Saturdays....

Yup, not in east end but Superior Sausage is the place. Pick up some of their bacon too. Yum.

good call their bacon is great....oh, and also, sorry squingy but I'm a west end guy, Prague Deli on Queen W has great csabi (sp?) and some other cured sausages (great bacon there too..)..you could do a little tour and hit both in one trip easily enough,,,

I haven't tried Upper Cut, but also at the SLM, in the basement tucked away in a corner (opposite end to the bakery), there's a small eastern european deli. They are ukrainian, but the sausage they have their is close enough, I imagine. It's awfully good.
