Dinner for 15, near Village Vanguard

I am looking for a place for a dinner (15 people) near the Village Vanguard (7th avenue S and Perry). Spending about $150 per person, not too loud, private room would be great, but not a necessity. Good ambiance is important. Asian-Fusion, New American, Italian, French (anything really) would be acceptable. It's a business dinner.

I was thinking Buddakan, unless you have something better in mind? Appreciate the help!
