how to make clam juice or stock?
hi. i going to buy 1 live lobster on this weekend in fish market to make lobster bisque.
as many post suggested that adding clam juices into bisque stock would be fine enough to be rich one, i made up my mind i should make clam juice myself ( or do you call clam stock?) instead of buying commercial products i cannot trust.
i would be very grateful if anyone could give me some valuable receips.
