Concordia-Argonaut Club

Has anyone eaten at the Concordia-Argonaut club? If so, what'd you have and how was it?

Anyone had a catered event there?

I thought the club had closed years ago. Glad to hear its still there. I have been to wedding receptions there years ago, but I'm sure you need member (or be a member). Its pretty exclusive.

I used to be the produce sales rep there in 2003-2004. The chef is talented, if a little old school. But then the membership is old old school. There are four or five daily offerings in a buffet setting and a few a la carte items. Everything I saw prepped in the kitchen looked fresh and smelled good. They do use top of the line ingredients and I was often searching out exclusive and occasionally out of season produce items for them.

This is helpful; thanks jungleboy. Do you expect the catering for an event would be similar?

It is a private club and you need to be a member to make a reservation. I have eaten there at events years ago. It was alright. However you need the help and the opinion of a member.
