Ideas for Rice Stick Noodles as a Side?

I've got rice stick noodles. I've got some fresh green bean's from the farmer's market. I've got sesame seeds, sesame seed oil, garlic, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and miso. Any ideas one what I might be able to whip up as a side dish for dinner tonight (I've also got a lot of other things in my pantry, but figured these would be most relevant).

    1. If it is hot in your area I would suggest a pasta salad- heavy on the veggies. Cook the green beans to the doneness you prefer to eat them at when cold or room temp. Prep the noodles. Make up a dressing with sesame oil, garlic, soy, rice vinegar and a touch of miso for depth- maybe add a touch of sweetener of your choice. Toss all. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds prior to serving. Some green onion and cilantro would also be nice additions.
