Authentic Bolivian Cuisine

I need to prepare a lucheon based on Bolivian Cuisine. I have found some recipes that I believe are authentic, but I would like some feedback from someone(s) who really know what they're talking about. If anyone can give me some ideas, I would really appreciate it.

      We just arrived in Bolivia yesterday so we're not a good source, yet. Having said that, you really should include saltenas in any meal that you prepare ("the best ones dribble all over the place," according to Lonely Planet Bolivia). As you can tell, we've been carefully reading the Food & Drink section of Lonely Planet Bolivia. In that section (which you may be able to read online--who knows?) there are some websites you may want to check out:

      www.boliviaweb.com/recipes ("for recipes and ideas on how to put together a Bolivian meal"
      )www.bolivia.com/El_sabor_de_bolivia/ ("for typical recipes, a full cullinary glossary and other gastronomic pointers"
      )www.bolivian.com/cocina ("to learn how to make your own empanadas and other favorite Bolivian treats"

      )

      With that we'll leave you to it and we'll go out and sample some Bolivian food in a local restaurant here!
