Lyon Sausage (w/Pistachios)

Is there any place that either serves or sells Lyonnaise sausage (the kind with pistachios in it)? I haven't been to Paris in about 6 years (stupid exchange rate!) but I use to love it with warm potato salad. I'd love to try to find a restaurant or specialty store that carries it here. Thanks!

      I was just thinking the OP might try asking for a special order, when I noticed in the above link (PUN!) item 61: custom sausage! Asking never hurts...
