ISO NY-style Cuban-Chinese rest. in LA?

If you've been to any in NYC, you know what I'm talking about. I've just got a hankering for some eggdrop soup with my ropa vieja and some black beans with my egg foo young. Obviously not looking for high style or gourmet. just good and tasty.

Don't think there are any in L.A. any more, which would make sense since the Havana Chinese population either moved to New York or Miami. Cha's on Vermont was Cuban Chinese, but it closed down probably 15 years ago. I don't think Chinacuba on Pico qualifies, since I think it's just a Cuban woman cooking Chinese food, though it might be worth a shot.

Not too many left in NYC, either.
