I don't know the proportions, but I know there was Ty-Ku Liquor, moonstone pear sake, sweet & sour & soho lychee liquor. Not sure if anything else. Ty-Ky is what gives it that nice lake of dreams color, but it's impossible to get.
There was also a lychee fruit in the glass when I was drinking this awesome drink.

Got this in an e-mail from the Wynn.. Hope this helps! :)

I’m @WynnLasVegas. Here is the recipe for our Lake of Dreams cocktail, which we were DMing about.

      Lake of Dreams

-1 1/2 oz Moonstone Asian Pear Sake
-1 oz. TY KU Sake Liqueur
      -1/2 oz. SOHO Lychee Liqueur
-1 oz. Fresh Sweet & Sour (to make: combine equal parts freshly squeezed and strained lemon juice with simple syrup)
-1/8 oz. Simple Syrup (to make: combine equal parts granulated sugar with boiling water, stir to dissolve, allow to cool)

Method: Combine all of the above ingredients into a mixing glass. Roll with ice 3-4 times to chill. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

      Garnish: A speared lychee fruit

      Regards,
      Jade

TyKu Liqueur and Soho Lychee Liqueur and Moonstone Asian Pear Sake are readily available through various locations at Bevmo or online @ www.bevmo.com From my experience, these are very popular liqueurs and are almost always out of stock. So it is good to call the location ahead of time to see if they have it on hand. :)
