Traffic is a nightmare. It is not worth it to drive to the area, park and eat at a restaurant, and then have to retrieve your car and park again. The best suggestions would be places you could park once and take a shuttle. Then choose from restaurants including Tropicalia, Vinoteca, Farfalla, and several others. (I'm not a big fan of Mexico City or Puran's but some people like them).
