i went once for a friend's grad school graduation lunch. her mom ordered everything, so i'm not sure what we were eating. but it all seemed like standard korean-chinese fare, except i thought everything was SO GOOD. it just seemed like typical korean-chinese dishes, but made better than average. but, it was a one time visit. and i'm pretty sure we didn't try the chicken buttholes.

Any further reports on this place? My mom says they serve Korean-Chinese food that is very popular in the Korean community. Anyone try the ja-jiang-myun or tan-soo-yok? Do they have dry-fried chicken wings?

This place really disappointed. We had the pan fried seafood chow mein and shrimp with lobster sauce and the food was so bland and average that I wanted to cry. And this place is not cheap, so the combination of below average and expensive made the whole evening an unfortunate choice. The decor is interesting I guess- if you think a hodge podge of tavern-like ambiance mixed with Christmas lights and nutcrackers in August is charming- that's not really why I got out to eat though.

It's supposed to be a Chinese restaurant though it's certainly doesn't have a full traditional Chinese menu. Here's a thread from last year that mentions it.

Glad you asked, because I never tire of pointing out that their specialty is reportedly chicken anuses.
However although I work quite nearby I have never actually tried it.›5 Replies
