Well-lit place for birthday dinner?

So my parents and brother want to take me out to dinner on Wednesday night for my birthday, and asked me to pick a place. I can think of many places with delicious food and great atmosphere (for people with good sight), but my mother is vision-impaired, so I'd like to choose a place that is well-lit.

Can anyone recommend a quality, well-lit place (or places), preferably French, Italian, or seafood, that has entrees generally less than $30?

Thanks in advance! I really appreciate it.

Pearl oyster bar may be a little too casual for your purposes but its seafood is fantastic at a good price, and last i checked its pretty bright
