I am vegetarian and greatly appreciative when a chef puts real culinary skill into creating a vegetarian dish. The Chef at One Market did that. He created a terrine of mushroom and fingerling potato that was incredibly flavorful, varied in texture, elegant to see, and in every way enjoyable. One of us had a duck breast which he also enjoyed. Service was attentive and good with one error when a bus person started to clear dishes while one of us was still taking the last few bites.
