Best wine bar in Napa Valley?
So, there's ample discussion on the best vineyards to visit during the day, and I'm narrowing down the restaurants that I'd like to hit, but I'm curious as to what people think is the best wine bar in the area.
I'm looking for a wine bar with a large by-the-glass selection in the Napa-Yountville area (I'll likely have dinner at either Ad Hoc or Ubuntu) that will be open at 10 pm on a Tuesday night. Any recommendations?

Bounty Hunter in downtown Napa has a fabulous selection and great food.

What are their hours like? Their website seems to be down at the moment.
Nevermind - the site for the bar is here:

However, they don't mention the hours of operation on their site ...

Not necessarily a wine bar, but ZuZu in Napa has a nice wine list and while seated at their small bar, you can order their excellent tapas.

I went to Zuzu last night for the first time and was very impressed with their extensive wine list, beers, and FOOD - we had some of the best tapas I've tasted in California, and the service was amazing - the owner was behind the bar and came to our table with some of our drinks and offered up some interesting conversation and was very warm. We'll definitely be back!!!

True, ZuZu is consistenly one of the best restaurants in downtown Napa. I'd suggest Bounty Hunter, purely for the wine bar experience. You would be hard pressed to find a by the glass list like their's anywhere in Napa, especially one that changes so often. Then follow that up with diner at ZuZu. Have to still visit the new Back Room.

I'd wager than Dan Dawson's Back Room Wines has everybody beat.
Right across from the Bounty Hunter -- at First and Main -- now,
having moved from a few blocks away.
Great selection. Reasonable prices. Great people, too.

That looks good, however, they're only open until 6 pm most nights. (Including the one I'll be there.)

Yes, won't work for you. They are open until 9 on Thur, Fri, and Sat. But as Maria says, Back Room Wines is well worth checking out, especially in the large, swanky new location. The Friday night wine tastings always feature an interesting mix of wines.
