YVR: Chinese sweet stuff?

Hi hounds, visiting this summer and scouting out places to get good versions of Taiwanese/Chinese summer desserts like

bao bing (饱冰 - ice packed with fruit, jelly, milk and other goodies on top)
shuang pi nai (双皮奶 - milk puddings with different flavours )
lu dou sha (绿豆沙 - sweet green bean soup)
gui ling gao (龟苓高 - dark coloured jelly, usually also packed with fruit or served with milk or milk tea)

Hopefully all the characters are correct. Thanks in advance!

HK cafes will have them - The Boss, Gloucester, iCafe, etc. I don't indulge in these desserts, so I can't give you specifics.

For good shaved ice (饱冰), Rose Garden and Leisure on Alexandra Road in Richmond are good. The ice is crushed finely and the pearls are nicely done, chewy but not too hard or soft.
