Planning Nice Dinner - Help!
I'm planning a special dinner for 4 people and the budget is around $75 pp.
I was hoping to get into Degustation for a reasonable hour but unfortunately, they won't take parties of 4 until 10:00pm. I couldn't get a reservation at Babbo.
Favorites of ours are: Jean-Georges, Le Bernardin, Vong, Nobu, Degustation, etc.
Cuisine of choice would be: Nouvelle French, but inventive Italian is good too.
Any suggestions? Does anyone have any experience with Insieme? Or how is Esca's ambiance besides the food?
