Dessert souffles

Looking for a restaurant that prepares dessert souffles. Any recommendations?

Eastchester Fish Gourmet has a few on the menu and Blue Hill at Stone Barns always has at least one.

I think you may be able to get dessert souffles at St. Tropez in Fairfield (though you may have to order them in advance). I've never been that jazzed about their food though. I think there's a new French restaurant in the space that used to be occupied by La Colline Verte ~ but I don't know if they do souffles. Ondine in Danbury lists souffles on their menu ~ I've never been, so don't know whether to recommend.
