My husbands birthday is next Friday. He loves steak and we have frequented many steak restaurants in the Dallas metroplex. (Bob's, Lawry's, Craft, Eddie Merlot's). I am looking to broaden our repertoire .
Try the new Charlie Palmer at the Joule in downtown Dallas. Steaks were great, and done perfectly to order, wine list is huge and presented on a tablet computer, and the polenta side was so good that I wanted to immerse myself in it!
