5 days in Paris

My sister and I are visiting Paris for 5 days. We are staying in the Latin Quarter and are looking for places to dine. There are so many suggestions it is overwhelming. I being more of a foodie than she is, we have a few things in common. Neither of us eat seafood nor do we enjoy exotic meats. Can anyone offer suggestions?

She does not enjoy wine but I am looking forward to experiencing as many as I can, wine and cheese suggestions are also welcome.

I would look into Louis Vins or Petit Pontoise (both in the 5th). Just a metro ride away, try L'os a Moelle, Au Fils des Saisons, or Le Troquet. All of these places have seafood on the menu, although you certainly can order many other things, like veal or pork. Chez L'Ami Jean may also suit you.
