Dress is a mixed bag, since the place draws everyone from casual walkers-by to theater-goers. Wear whatever you think will be comfortable for you, altho I wouldn't dress too far down the scale for dinner. I usually order the seafood when I'm there, which I find to be fairly fresh, but I don't think it will impress anyone from either of the two coasts. It's a basic mid-priced independent restaurant with a 10-20% premium on price points for location and view (which can be quite impressive depending on where you're sitting). In general, I'd keep it simple.
