In New York I go to a place on Pell called Vegetarian Dim Sum House. They have fake B-B-Q pork buns, shu mai, sticky rice in lotus leaves, mock shrimp dumplings, etc. They have about 20 or 30 dim sum selections. Not so much for the Dim Sum as for the fake meat dishes... Cashew Chicken, Sweet and Sour Pork. My favorite were the Salt and Pepper Shitake Mushrooms. 99 Ranch has lots of Veggie Dim Sum but you will have to heat it up yourself. Very reasonable and very good.
