BBC's You Are What You Eat

Just wondering if any Chowhounders have seen this show. I love it. It really makes you aware of what you are putting into your mouth and inspires me to eat more healthfully.

I mentioed this before, but I did get some good recipes from her book. Although her creds are dodgy, her recipes are decent for the more extreme dieter....in my opinion

I was wondering what you were talking about and then realised it was the Gillian McKeith show. Which is not on the BBC! Much as I love the Beeb (hell I work there) we do have other media in the UK you know!

(Just had to get that off my chest.)

Over here it's on BBC America. I didn't realize that BBC America carried British shows from networks other than BBC.

That explains the confusion then. I didn't realise that either. Interesting.

I've watched it a few times and find it interesting. What amazes me the most is when they take all that food and spread it out for the person to see.

I sometimes get grossed out looking at how much people consume in a week. There have been some amazing transformations though!
