        I like the Washington Post as well. Today, a great article about marinating. The Bittman blog posts on the NYT almost every day.

          I agree, the WaPo is great, the article about marinating was interesting. They also do some food chats (with Tom Sietsema and others from their food section) on Wednesdays. LA Times is Wednesdays, too, I think.
          Oh! And Top Chef is on Wednesdays.
          Loooove me some Wednesdays.

          Yes, and I think many other papers have theirs on Wednesdays as well. I also particularly like the Washington Post and the (Toronto) Globe & Mail.

          Wednesdays are good ... :)
