ISO Turkish Butcher

Looking for a turkish or mediterranean butcher. Trying to find authentic preseasoned shawarma meat that I can cook at home. Prefer OC area, but LA is fine too.

In L.A. you're much more likely to find an Armenian or Greek butcher rather than a Turkish butcher. I wouldn't make it known that you're looking for a Turkish butcher as well, I might add, given their history with the Greeks and Armenians.

Oh, that's easy -- there's so many.

On Brookhurst and 13th in Garden Grove, next to Com Tam Thuan Kieu, is a halal meat market that has it. You're spoiled for choice near the intersection of Ball and Brookhurst in Anaheim ("Little Gaza"). If you're in Irvine, you can get it at Wholesome Choice.
