I haven't been there since before the renovation, but always found the food very good. Not worth the inflated price, though. On the other hand, it was a really beuatiful place and a nice ambience to enjoy a meal.

Trust the people who have been there recently - the food is bad. (My experience was that the food was bland and tasteless.) But the decor and ambience is still nice.

        Think food court grade food.

Make that *overpriced*, food court grade food.

I may be the only one here that actually like the food at Bangkok Garden. I find the food so much better than Golden Thai, which was my 'go to' place in the 90s but it's gone downhill since. It's on the expensive side compared to many cheaper Thai restaurants in Toronto. But I find the food consistent, service is great and the interior beautiful.

Thanks all ... we have successfully managed to ex-nay our reservations at the food court and fly to the opposite side of the island for some munchies ...

It's a toss up now between Little Bavaria or Prague Restaurant
in the Scarberian area ... still trying to decide which locale will have the prize winning spaetzle ..
