Is it pureed or are the beans intact in this app? White or red beans? Was it called something like fassulya?

It's a salad where the white beans are whole, usually they serve it routinely with all meals. I know it has a lemon dressing with parsley...but is there anything else???

Fasulye piazi is the name, one of my favorite salads in town. Just guessing, but: white beans, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, red onion, some cucumber, maybe some ripe bell pepper or tomato.

Google Fasulye Piyazi and you'll find loads of recipes.

It's also my favorite salad around. Perfect for this weather, too. Thanks for the reminder!

We use cannellini beans and fresh dill vs. parsley.
