      <content>I have no idea what "probiotic" starter might be, but I bought regular starter at the h/food store near the corner of Broadway and 75th once upon a time and it seemed like a "regular" item, as nywoman implies.  I'd bet Whole Foods sells it, maybe Fairway, upstairs in the organic section, too?</content>
