Crispy flavorful crab in a spinach wrap with avacado, creamy mayo and veggies. It was so good! My local chinese delivery also does it nicely in garlic or ginger sauce this time of year. Most do. I used to live in Cortlandt Manor and the Chinese there also delivered soft shell crabs but I don't remember what place it was.
