Winter Haven.....2 hours for lunch

I'm going to be in Winter Haven on June 14th (a Saturday) for 2 hours and hope someone on this forum can tell me what's good for lunch......

First preference: Southern style home cookin'

Second: Bar-B-Que

A friend and I are taking the Amtrak from Tampa so of course we would want to go to a place within a reasonable walking distance of the train station.
