I have MANY questions-squash blossoms, ricotta......
First Q...I had a squash blossom pizza with burrata at a pizzeria in LA & want to try and recreate it at home. My question is can I just throw the blossom on top and bake in the oven, or do I need to saute it a little then throw on to pizza and bake.
Next Q...I bought a huuuge tub of ricotta and fresh mozzarella. I know I can't use it all up for my Italian theme dinner party so my question is, how long will they keep in the fridge? Is it at all possible to freeze them?
and lastly..how do YOU like to serve your burrata cheese?
