LOOKING FOR PAPEL PICADO IN PASADENA

Anyone know where in the Pasadena/Los Angeles area I can purchase papel picado? I'm having a party and would like to use them as table runners.I've been to several party supply corner markets and they don't sell them or know where I can,Thanks in advance!!
