What to order at Tallula?

I'll be going to Tallula tonight -- any suggestions about things to order?

I've heard that the highlights are the small dishes -- is this true?

The amuse yourselfs are good, I like to order a few as an appetizer course (baby burger, risotto fritter, etc). Their menu changes quite frequently, but they do braised meats and sausages well. I have had the braised bison short rib with grits and liked it at Eat next door, I don't know if it is the same.
