Pho Pasteur in Chinatown has them. Avoid ordering one "to go." Once I ordered one to go and proceeded to go shopping in Downtown. I actually got booted out of one store. How Andrew Zimmern can eat tree worms but not durian escapes me.

I think most places throw frozen durian into the blender, so yes, the shake will be as overwhelming as the fruit. You might not notice the raunchy smell - but the people around you will.

When visiting Uni at Clio early on, Ken O himself, talked us into and made us a durian shake. It was delicious and great experience.

I have no idea whether it's something they always have or if he was experimenting
