    Hope it does well, as I am a fan. I've read some reviews of its' soft opening and they haven't been completely pleasant.

      It's hard to believe he's going to hire one of the current Hell's Kitchen morons as the senior sous-chef of the new restaurant.

        Let's see - I think we've now heard the winner will be "executive chef" (on the show as said by GR himself), senior sous chef in this article, and I swear I read one other senior level ("senior chef"?) in another article.

        Why don't they just say line cook and be done with it? LOL
