Silver Palate Mac and Cheese Help!

Okay, so I had the best mac and cheese OF MY LIFE the other night. I know the recipe was from one of The Silver Palate books, but I have the original and it is not in there. Does anyone know which book has the recipe in it? I think I might have seen the recipe name as Quattro Formaggio if that helps.

That looks like the one. It's in The Silver Palate Good Times Cookbook. I double-checked the recipe in the book and there are just minor differences from the one linked above:

Whole milk instead of low-fat, and 1 tsp of paprika instead of half a tsp.
