Good asian takeout in Far-South Edmonton

I'm house-sitting for a night for a friend in one of the Southernmost communities in Edmonton, down 111th street and a few blocks past the crossover with Anthony Henday. There's not a lot of food in the house and I've never been to this area before, so if anyone could recommend some nearby asian takeaway I'd be grateful. Anything I shouldn't miss while I'm down here?

  1. It might be a little bit of a jaunt but worth it. You take 50th street off the Henday out to Beaumont. At the very southern part of town by Extra Foods there is a Nepalese/ Indian place called Yeti Gourmet that does take out (pick up). The best Bison Samosas and this wonderful spicy noodle dish called Thuppa.

Not too far from 111st if you take Ellerslie either.

Sadly it's too late today (I found Good Buddy, which wasn't bad, although I was disappointed were out of BBQ duck) but I'm probably headed back there later this week. I'll check it out, thanks!
