Actually, your best bet would be the Cambodian/Chinese restaurants on Anaheim St., such as New Paradise (1350 E.) and Siem Reap (1810 E.). Like the Vietnamese/Chinese restaurants in Westminster, the cuisines and cultures are close enough that their version of Chinese food is quite good.

Spoke too soon. Forgot about L.V. Seafood, 4139 Norse Way. Only Hong Kong style seafood restaurant in Long Beach.

China house in the ralphs traffic circle is pretty legit. Small hole in the wall atmosphere. Great for take out, and its family run. I would recomend it for a quick fix if your not trying to goto artesia/cerritos. Spicy garlic chicken/schezuan beef are reccomended
