We are going to Hilton Head for 10 days starting this Friday, and I am wondering if anyone has eaten at HH Prime yet? I guess it just opened in May, and I am looking for some feedback, Coming from Chicago where we have many of the top steakhouses in the country, so I do not want to be disappointed with a place that is not great.. We are thinking of giving HH Prime a try for an anneversary dinner if the reviews are good, otherwise we will go to one of our favorites the Old Fort Pub for this dinner.

Any feedback on HH Prime?

Just back from a great trip to Hilton Head, and a day @ Tybee Island.

HH Prime was a very good steakhouse. Very close to what I can get at the top steakhouses here in Chicago.

I did not see a surf and turf option on the menu so I went with (2) entrees: a Prime 6 oz filet(cooked rare), as well as the King Crab Legs. The steak was prime, and very well cooked, the crab legs were also very good. Others at my table had some fish dishes, as well as another filet.

All in all, one of the top 2 or 3 meals I had on vacation.
