Best Pizza near the Port Authority Bus Terminal?

We'll be getting into Secaucus around 7 pm Friday night and would like to have pizza for dinner that night. We'll likely be tired from the drive so once we take the bus into the city we'd like to not go much further than a 20 minute subway ride to get good pizza. If there is anything good within walking distance that would be even better.

The Bus Terminal is at 625 8th Avenue, right near Times Square.

I like L'Allegria on the West side of 9th and 44th. Brick oven, 5-10 minute walk form Port Authority.

How is Sullivan Street Bakery for pizza? I've read about it on here several times and am curious to try it.

It is delicious, but not New York style pizza. A crispy, bread-like crust with sauteed veggies, lots of olive oil, maybe a sprinkling of parmesan (?) but no mozzarella. See here for the varieties:

I also get the impression that they are not super-reliable - certainly we've shown up at the one on 533 w. 47th and not been able to get what we wanted.

I like Don Giovanni's pizza better than John's and also it is not so loud where you can't even carry on a conversation without shouting.

Lazzaras is pretty close -- on 38th between 7th and 8th.

That would be my first pick in the area.
