Salvation Cafe or Perro Salado in Newport?

Want a fun restaurant with great food and drinks that won't break the bank for 11 girls....which would you pick between the two, or do you have a different suggestion?

I really love Perro Salado -- funky space, great staff and inexpensive, super tasty food. Get a few pitchers of sangria, a bunch of plates and you're good to go.
