Fresh Injera?

ethnicbreadz Jun 3, 2008 12:18 PM

Does anyone know of any bakeries that bake Ethiopian Injera? There was an article about it in the Times back in August, but it focused on one woman's household operation and didn't mention any retail or wholesale production sites.

I think you have to live in D.C. as opposed to the outer boroughs of NY to get them to deliver? :)

I think that woman was the subject of a Times article because there isn't any commercial source for injera. If you live or work near one of the city's few Ethiopian restaurants, you might ask if you can buy it from them.
