Bombay Mahal (1001 Jean-Talon West, 514 273-3331) is a BYO, though the chiles and spices mean it's probably better suited to beer (which you can BYO) than fine wines. The BYO couscouserie Rites Berbères (4697 de Bullion, 514 844-7863) has vegetarian options (seduced by the méchoui I've never tried them), one of the city's nicest terraces and good stemware (the owner's a wine geek). And there's always Chuch (4088 Saint-Denis, 514 843-4194), the BYO arm of vegetarian Thai ChuChai. And if you're in the mood for crowds, noise and uncaring service, there's always Pizzeria Napoletana on Dante. www.napoletana.com
