We have a week in St. Augustine and are looking for a mix of fine and casual dining.

Lots of rec if you search the board. Opus 39, Tasting Room, Old City Restaurant, Ale House on A1A, Saltwater Cowboys, Gypsy Cab Co., et.al.

Osteen's is good. Not very big, local seafood type place, usually busy. I had the blackened tilapia and it was sooooo good. Also the sweet potato side was awesome!

      Here's the address:
      205 Anastasia Blvd

There's some quaint places in the old part of town, looks very European. You'll love it. Have fun:o) Don't forget to check out flagler college, the fort and lighthouse (which I heard is haunted) ;o)

Try Creekside (http://www.creeksidedinery.com/), same owners as Salt Water Cowboys, but I like their southern side dishes and the atmosphere a lot better. They usually have a live band outside on the deck on Friday and Saturday nights. Get there early though, because you could be in for quite a wait. A good place for breakfast is the Oasis on A1A south of downtown. They have really good biscuits and a beachy/biker bar atmostphere.

Second the Oasis - very good not to mention interesting. We usually catch it on our way south leaving St Augustine beach. It is always a bright spot.
