where can i get a decent bagel in tribeca?

i used to work across the street from ess-a-bagel in midtown which always cured my bagel fixes, and my new office is smack in the foodie wasteland of tribeca. some mornings i'm just craving a fat, crusty (warm?) bagel with good veggie cream cheese. i don't have the time to run down to chambers and below for variety, so are there any decent bagel joints in tribeca proper where i can grab something to go? i'm near franklin and hudson.

Your smack in the middle of two places i know Murray's 6th & 13th st best in city (better then Essa) or Zuckers on Chambers --the owners are related but Murray is better. Zucker's will get job done

Zucker's is probably the best in the neighborhood, chambers between w. broadway and greenwich. Is that too far for you?
