Nero Wolfe Veal Cutlet

PLEASE HELP!!! I bought the Nero Wolfe cookbook years ago but it is in storage back in the States and I am overseas at the moment. I am desperate to get the ingredients for the veal cutlet recipe. I am throwing a dinner party Oon Wednesday and wanted to serve this dish as it is one of my favorites. I know how to prepare, just can't remember the exact ingredients and measurements. Thank you in advance for any help that comes my way.

    6 veal cutlets

    1 cup bread crumbs

    ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

    ¼ teaspoon paprika

    ½ teaspoon fresh oregano (or ¼ teaspoon dried leaves)

    ½ teaspoon fresh basil (or ¼ teaspoon dried leaves)

    2 large eggs

    3 Tablespoons butter

    3 Tablespoons olive oil

    Lime wedges

    Trim cutlets and pound them thin between pieces of waxed paper. In a shallow dish combine bread crumbs, cheese, paprika, oregano and basil. Beat the eggs in a small bowl and dip the prepared cutlets first into the egg and then into the seasoned crumbs. Let cutlets stand for about 10 minutes.

    Heat the butter and oil in a large skillet. Saute the breaded cutlets until they are cooked to a golden brown on both sides. Turn only once, taking care not to dislodge the breading. Serve with lime wedges. (Serves 4-6 people.)

      Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. You are a life saver. Address is Tuscany, Italy. Dress code is casual as we're eating outside on my friend's patio. (the weather here is wonderfully cool at night). Dinner is at 7 (1pm EST). Thank you again so much. Will attach a photo from the dinner on my next post.
